A wooden plaque is threaded in a small decorated holder by a piece of ribbon, but is then, amazingly, pulled free leaving the ribbon in place. The penetration of the center plaque on or off of the ribbon can be repeated, and there are no threads or gimmicks required. Everything can be examined. A few paint chips, else in good condition.
