It is designed to be silent, smooth working and versatile. It will hold four U. S. Half dollars; five Nielsen palming coins, or four U. S. Silver dollars. It will even hold billets and folded money. There is a slight adjustment possible so you may adjust to fit to hold foreign coins as well. Very good condition.
