Publisher's green pictorial pebbled cloth, blind and gilt stamped with beveled boards. Engraved frontispiece, illustrated with engravings. Of note in this Victorian entertainment guide is a section titled "Coloured Lights," where strontium, lithium, and potassium salts are all burned with sulphur, among other things, unknowing of the serious health and safety risks. Minor shelf wear, and one area of rubbing on front cover. Frontispiece lightly effected by foxing in the lower margin, else pages are clean. Very good. Color of the covers may vary, please inquire.
